TOP TIP: When you are feeling blue ask yourself “Hey this is what i’m feeling now, but in a few days time i’m gonna feel a lot better. We are planning holidays, trips and making lists of all the things we should do. However, lists can be demanding and may cause us pressure if those jobs / things are not done by a certain time. Remember you can always delegate or take that job off your list if it really isn’t important at the moment. A healthy list can range from five jobs a day to ten jobs a week. That extra bit of effort and organisation will absolutely make you more decisive, confident and ultimately a much happier person!” - 03/02/2018
